Tigercat Knuckleboom Log Loaders - Track for Sale

A track-mounted knuckleboom loader combines the log-handling capability of a knuckleboom crane with the mobility of a tracked excavator base. These machines work at in-woods landings where the ground is too soft or rough for a trailer-mounted loader. The main advantage of a track loader is mobility — it can reposition itself around the landing without needing to be towed. In established log yards with paved or gravel surfaces, trailer-mounted loaders are more common. Caterpillar, John Deere, Tigercat, and Barko all manufacture track-mounted log loaders.
